Corrections Policy
How to report a factual error on PhoneBulk and how we decide whether a page needs a correction, an update, or a clarification.
If a PhoneBulk page states a fact that is wrong, send the URL, the sentence, and a primary source that supports the correction. How claims are checked before publication is on the fact-checking policy page.
What we correct
- Misstated official rules or screen locations
- Broken or swapped source URLs
- Dates, names, and document titles
- Tables that contradict the cited source
What we may update instead
- A source that has been revised by its publisher
- A process that changed after our
updatedAtdate
What we will not treat as a correction
- A supplier disagreeing with a risk call
- A request to add a live price
- A request to insert a commercial link
