PhoneBulk pages are signed by a named researcher, not by a fictional trader.
Current byline
Frank Dean researches official manufacturer, standards, and trade documents, then writes the Accept / Clarify / Reject language a buyer can use on a lot.
The byline does not claim:
- Fifteen years of wholesale trading
- A private warehouse
- Annual unit volumes
- Supplier certifications we do not hold
- Hands-on inspection of every lot described
Where an author has inspected devices, the page says which devices, when, and how the notes were recorded. Everywhere else, treat the guides as source-backed methods.
How we handle topics we have not tested
We cite the official screen or rule, then tell the reader to run the check. We do not fill the gap with a made-up workshop story.
